My Lunch Break Routine
1. Food Delivery.
I've been working here at my current job since 2001. That is a very long time. So, I'm sure you can imagine eating lunch from the same eateries for that long can get pretty sickening. Moreover, I don't want to waste time by leaving my office
to get my food. That's why I've become a big fan of food delivery services like
Grab, Panda, or Shopee. With just a few taps on my phone, I can have a
delicious meal from local restaurants delivered right to my doorstep. Some of
my favorite options include that long-ass sandwich, the terribly overpaid
burgers, and anything fried chicken. Yeah, I'm down with fast food.
2. Netflix
While eating my lunch, I like to settle in with an episode (or two) of a show on Netflix. Whether it's a drama that I've been binging for weeks or a new comedy that just premiered, I find that watching something entertaining helps me relax and take my mind off work for a little while. Plus, with so many options available on Netflix, there's always something new and interesting to discover. My latest obsession is K-Drama.
3. Bundaberg Apple Cider
To round out my lunch break routine, I always make sure to have a cold bottle of Bundaberg Apple Cider on hand. This sparkling beverage has a crisp, refreshing taste that's the perfect complement to my midday meal. Plus, I love that it's made with high-quality, all-natural ingredients, so I can feel good about what I'm putting into my body.
These three have become integral parts of my lunch break routine. By taking a little bit of time each day to do things that I enjoy, I'm able to return to work feeling refreshed and energized.
Alhamdulillah, life is good. Allah is good.
